How many lumens does this lamp give off at its lowest and highest settings?

The led light has a maximum power of 2w. Typical lights at 2w and 1800k have around 60Lumens.

I don't know what this LED is rated at, but other 1W 1800k LEDs mostly tend to be in the 70-80 lumen range, though some claim to go as high as 140 lumens. This is an "Atmosphere Lamp" and not a task light, so I'd set expectations accordingly.

According to the manufacture's website, the brightness is "1% - 100%".
So not quite total darkness up to inside the sun brightness?
No lumens specs are listed but reviews on other sites have compared it to a "night light" and it's considered a mood light, not a task light (also, the light flickers for that candle light realism). That leads me to believe it's pretty low, but how low nobody knows.

Does not appear so. Even on the manufacturer's website where it shows what's in the box, the "bulb" is attached. I'm guessing it's a permanent mounted LED inside the decorative "bulb" shroud.
