For those of you who are interested in buying these: I own a pair and this is the best Bluetooth headset I've ever owned but there are a few caveats. The OEM cups, while soft, are not comfortable for extended use. I replaced them with Brainwavz HM5 Earpads. The battery life is impressive, they can last up to 2 days on a charge and they also come with a very solid hard shell case. Be aware of the headband! The parts that extend/contract are made very poorly and can break if you extend/contract them very often. I glued mine back together but they no longer extend/contract.

SleepingPandaI had the same problem as you. Except I figured I could replace the lost and broken plastic with metal bands. The surrounding plastic is strong enough to use a razor blade and carve cavities out in order to insert the brace's. This way I retain the adjust-ability of the band.
The plastic broke after having these for nearly two years of use. My use consisted of about 6-7 hours per day, with about 5 days a week.
