For those who prefer a slender, lightweight fountain pen, the Sailor Pro Gear II Slim offers a smooth writing experience with little or no hand fatigue. Improving upon the original Pro Gear series with an elongated barrel and a domed cap tassie with an inset anchor, it also features a new pocket clip design—the first the company has introduced in decades—and a slightly harder nib than its full-size counterpart.
Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice between gold and rhodium trim. Nib sizes are available in Fine, Medium, and Broad. This drop is limited to 48 units.
Made in Japan
The polished black resin body has a screw-on cap whose double band reads “Sailor Japan, founded 1911.” The 14-karat gold nib is the same used in the 1911 series—this time with a two-tone treatment—and the dominant color on the nib will depend on the trim you choose. Featuring a stylized gold anchor, the clip slides comfortably and securely into your pocket.
