So my U10 are being returned to the Sender by UPS because Massdrop did not provide the Commercial Invoice. The customer service informed that my payment will be refunded instead of sending the package with the required documents to me. Now, the custom tips and cable I have purchased will be useless. Unbelievable action from Massdrop. This is their fault and the customer is the one to suffer. Just unbelievable!

Super_AngulonThanks mate. I was also surprised by their action. I live in Dubai. My colleague had the same UPS issue but his was resolved and his U12 was received 2 days ago. Now, I am not sure why my U10's shipment had different outcome.

lukeap69Maybe see if 64 Audio will help you if Massdrop won't. That is dirty on their part though.
