No manufacturer indicated, I'm guessing this a no-name generic monitor?

AnzialIn the Specs it says under Panel Model: Samsung VA. I was wondering the same though, Samsung isn't shy about branding so why isn't it on the bezel?

stevefury68 @stevefury68 - Samsung not only sells their own branded panels, but also produces panels for other companies. For example, you and I could go to Samsung and bulk order 40" 4K displays, put them in our own casings, and sell them without branding. At the end of the day, though, it's still a Samsung display internally.
Another example of this is Apple iPhone X. Their displays are Samsung displays, but you'll never see Samsung branding on them. Samsung is happy enough getting the $300+/display to forego the branding ;)

stevefury68Its not a Samsung monitor, just a Samsung VA panel. No clue on the manufacture though and that means a hard pass.

afernThis is a Samsung panel, not a Samsung display. It is also most likely to be b-tier panel, ie something that is not good enough for top manufacturers. 😎
ZettoThis is a grade A panel. No B Stock here.

Tex-ArozziBS, a noname manufacturer, and at this price this is definitely not a top graded panel🙄

ZettoIt's not necessarily no-name. I purchased a non-branded HP monitor for cheaper than the actual monitor, and it was obvious it was the same monitor with no branding.

ChuckDeeYour HP doesn't apply, this is a low quality, subpar manufacturer, nowhere close to top brands. 🙄

ZettoI'm saying it wasn't branded as HP, so it does apply. And you say * a low quality, subpar manufacturer* without proof to that.
