Since someone said this is an OEM of an ifixit kit, can anyone confirm it's anywhere near the quality of the $199 kit?

SintekIt's a cheapo knock-off of even the Pro series ifixit kit (at $60). No way it's gonna stand up to their $200 model. That being said, I don't even see a $200 ifixit kit on their site, so no idea what you're referring to.

hi_im_daftNot that it matters, but I saw it on Amazon earlier, but absolutely cannot find it now. It was the same as this kit, but ifixit branded and priced at 199.99. Strange.
