OK so, my wife picked on up for me and I can't get the firmware update tool to see my controller. Anyone else have this issue. Followed the directions to the 't'. Even factory reset it and the "USB update" button is still grayed out... So frustrating. Can't find anything on the forums.

bajerHold the two buttons on the bottom until the lights start flashing yellow, then plug it in. Also get the Xpad software for xbox input mode as well.
