indiebassTechnically yes, but you probably don't want it for that. All the 8bitdo controllers are NOT MFi controllers. This means that pretty much any game worth playing won't work. 8bitdo has to use iCade support and really most of those games are pretty meh. However, if you're buying the 8bitdo controllers for just about any other device (Android, Windows, a lot of game systems) its great. The packaging and build quality are amazing.
The reason MFi is not supported is Apple disallows MFi devices to work for other systems. No hopes for Apple to ever change this. iPhone and iPad buyers beware. 8bitdo also has stopped supporting jailbroken devices as well so not a lot of luck that avenue either.
