elimelendezMassdrop's customer service has been terrible, insofar. I want a refund on this, due to it being defective or not capable of intended use. They are asking me to take a picture of it not staying connected? Okay...so they want a picture of the controller...or what? How does a picture show that it's glowing, but input no longer does anything? So confusing and not helpful at all. I am now going to cancel all future purchases from Massdrop based off this interaction, and I've spent thousands of dollars with MD in a short period of time, I guess denial of my patronage is the only way to go. Up until now I've had a good experience, but this complete lack of help is an astonishingly poor showing from your customer service.
I've now tried to use it for Retropie, as I obviously can't use it for my PC due to it's terrible bluetooth issues with Windows. I have the same issue as this user now: https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/192/8bitdo-fc30-pro-works-in-es-but-not-retroarch
So I can't even use it for retropie. I'm not a programmer, and there was no indication in the description that so much work would be needed to simply USE the item. If it's a DIY project, sure...I get it, but not for a consumer product!
