$31.75 to the UK--these are £37.21 on Amazon (free shipping) or from MD it's $34.99+$31.75 which is ~£67.

It's nearly 80% more expensive on MD compared to Amazon. Plus Amazon is next day whereas on MD it'll take over a month.
