I too purchase one of these recently. iOS support is limited to iCade compatible games unless you're device is jailbroken. I've tried to pair it via bluetooth with Mac OSX 10.11 but couldn't get it work properly with OpenEmu. I haven't tried windows 10 via bluetooth but it will register as generic gamepad via USB. It's a solid controller but I would watch a review or two before purchasing. At $30 im going to get another.
