The output for "Fast Charge" actually charges at the same rate as the slower charge. Both outputs gave the same estimated time to charge my phone (Samsung Galaxy s6) at 50% (1 hr, 40 mins) so they are lying that one of the outputs is a fast charge.
They are both indeed slow charges probably at 1.0 amp. Tested both packs that came with, with different cords (ones i normally use for my wall-port fast charge) with no variation of the output when switched between the two.

AstralCrowi came to say the same thing. it's good that it's a big fat battery but fast charge was the selling point and i am NOT happy
