MalishiNope. Only 2666 MHz, 3000 MHz, and 3200 MHz speeds. You can't buy 3600 MHz.
Though I don't know why he calls it clickbait. Usually the title is what makes something clickbait, but the speeds aren't listed in the title or thumbnail. You can get the 2666 for the advertised price.
