This listing says that its speeds are 3,500 read and 3,000 write. The box the device comes in says it only does 1200 write. Bench marking confirmed this to be true. Stay away!

Speeds 3500/3000 read/write as advertised for 1TB model only. For 256GB model speeds 3500/1200 read/write only.
