I have pair of this shoe (grey/green) as well as several from the terrex swift r line (also GTX).
I wear 12 (US). My feet are on the narrow side. Both the Aggravix & Swift R fit perfectly!
More over, they run true to each other which was a necessity for me as I use expensive corrective orthotic in-soles. I regularly move them between both of these Terrex models with ease.
As for GTX causing hot, wet feet, I can only say that in New England the ever changing weather conditions make non-GTX shoes a non-starter.
I wear the Swift model as my everyday shoe, but have been rotating in the Aggravix on occasion - in addition to using the latter as my primary street/trail runners.
I can't recommend these shoes more strongly.
