For those of you who received the wrong shoe last drop, Customer Support should have contacted you already. If they have not yet done so, please reach out directly under the transaction page for this product by hitting "Contact Support".

Mark M.By stating “the drop is now fixed and all options corrected”. Does this mean those of us that received the wrong shoes will eventually have the correct ones delivered, or just that moving forward others shouldn’t be effected the way we were?

Mark M.Yes, I received an email from the support team and the “ticket“ is closed. The incorrect item was returned, the money was refunded, and all is back to where we were a couple months ago. Still a bit taken back as to how that situation wasn’t rectified either by your organization and/or the manufacture/supplier involved in the drop/transaction. It requires a certain amount of people to commit their money to a particular product, yet of all those committed to the same dollar amount, not all receive what they committed to and have to go out of their way just to be refunded their initial money but never the item they ordered?

RSparqs09Thanks for explaining this @RSparqs09 and we apologize for the unpleasant experience. It's unfortunate when these mistakes happen and although we try to rectify things for our customers asap - there's room for improvement. We could not replace the incorrect items for this drop, but you should have received a voucher for your trouble. Thanks again!

Mark M.The only thing I’ve received that relates to a voucher was the return shipping label l used to send the incorrect item back to your warehouse. I’d hope that is not the “voucher“ you’re referring to?
