Have had a chance to try this out, indoors, and, though I'm not in the market for another jacket, was pretty impressed.  It's not super puffy (how much would it cost to add another ounce, and would it be beneficial?)
Liked the length very much.  Most of the hours I spend wearing a down jacket, I'm in a down quilt sleeping, or trying to.  The long length means the kidneys (lots of blood moving through them, big heat loss potential) are well covered.  Of course, for a given total amount of fill, the longer length means the amount of down per square inch is reduced, which leads to the perception that this jacket just isn't very puffy.  But does that matter?  Maybe the relevant aspect is that more of the body is covered, so less down per square inch of coverage doesn't matter.  Would love to see some research on this.
The tensioning hardware for the hood and waist are very good.  The hood adjustment is excellent, and the neck heat draft collar seems like a great idea.  Trim fit also means it would be easier to seal a quilt around me when the jacket is on.
By comparison, I bought a Brooks range jacket a while back, on sale from REI, for considerably less.  It's quite puffy, heavier, by 3 oz., not as finely thought out, and I'm not sure it's that much warmer.  I think the Adidas would be worth the price difference compared to the Brooks.   One concern might be whether or not the arm pit vent material will get smelly, as some synthetics do.
