BagofunBah, almost joined, I like the look of the jacket, and it's one of the only LW down jackets in the fill range I'm looking for in a decent earth tone (love the green color), but I'm not going to pay $50 extra for a Medium, on principle. Wish I knew how their fit was a little better, but according to the size chart, L would be risky.
Thanks for mentioning this. Maybe it'll get relisted at the manufacturer's closeout price.
BagofunYeah, I've had a couple of rab jackets over the years, and while the quality is killer good, I absolutely detest the color options on this jacket currently. I can pro deal them, so trust me, I considered another infinity. Just not a fan of "Toxic Sludge Green" or "OMFG I'm dying Orange" liners. Pardon the dramatics. ;)
javan.dempseyI went with the ebony color. Conservative and the 2-tone isn't too noticeable. No draw strings though, I wonder how hard it would be to see some on myself...

The Addidas seems to be a polar opposite of the Rab. Uses design principles to heat rather than insulation. I'd love the chance to compare the two side by side...
