Currently as of now, I cannot recommend these headphones if you sweat moderately. For normal listening you shouldn't have any problems at all. As a runner these headphones died on me after the second run and do not work anymore, and these headphones being sports headphones it is very disappointing. They cant withstand sweat unlike my prior JayBirds x2 's.

HeoHyungSukyou dont know sweat until you jump rope for an hour. they've lasted all my workouts from weight training to high intensity cardio. maybe yall left the charging port exposed? that's not to say these are devoid of defects but mine have certainly lasted my cardio workouts.

GrinixThis is from personal experience, I run and do weight training and I sweat a lot more than most people I would say. Maybe it could have been the charging port was exposed, but I am just saying they aren't nearly as sweat proof as my previous headphones. I am more than open to say my case could have been an anomaly.

anthonydvivesWell i can attest that they do survive sweat, lots of sweat, i mean a lot.
could yours have died because you're some freak of nature and sweat way more than being drenched at the end of the workout? sure
maybe it was a defect and allowed sweat to get in the housing, or maybe user error.
it will survive sweat though, plenty of it. ADV would probably replace it if it didint though, but who knows if ADV will replace any units purchased through massdrop.
