Hello, I just joined, primarily for the audiophile products. Looking at purchasing the NHT C3 speakers for our new living room. Space is about 15 feet wide by 33 long and they will fire long ways. Space is just for general listening, music room with all equipment is downstairs, so hoping they will fill it with sound nicely. Cheers.

>While we truly appreciate your interest in our product, unfortunately we will not be producing this unit in silver for the North American market. Our company has done extensive market share studies to avoid the same costly results from past product launches that were unsuccessful. We would need to commit to building a certain number of units in order to have manufacturing approved and we statistically would not sell the amount of units made and would wind up with un sellable excess stock. And while our company prides itself on delivering what our customer wants, we simply do not have enough customers interested in alternate colors to warrant the production therein. We apologize we were unable to fulfill your request.
Thank you,

i'm afraid the US is filled with too many black loving idiots, and i am not being racist
I you want to try and prove your "opinion" correct, though, you're going to have a hard tim-- because more audiophile *design* comes out of the US than anywhere. But what absolutely dwarfs that fact is the percentage of design that comes out of California.
California is the design epicenter of nearly everything. Even BMW, Mercedes and Audi each have (if not their primary design center) a huge design center in California. And I haven't even started on the world's most valuable company, Apple, home to arguably the most copied design aesthetics of any single enterprise- which encompass not only consumer electronics, but graphic design, marketing, on and on.
The only global design standards that I don't think flow directly (or indirectly) out of America those of fashion, and if you want to consider it, food.
