As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 8/23.

Customer service at Massdrop is all but non existent. The quality of their photos simply reflects their amateurish overall operations. It's a computer driven operation 99% devoted to computer generating items the company can aquire on the cheap, to generate profit. No CS phone number, after the sale you're basically on your own, or in for months of hassles, them blaming others, like the carrier who delivered, if you ever get a non computer generated response. Don't expect them taking responsibility when they mess up or being in any hurry to make it good.

Deep Blue and Air Blue watches rock --I have four--and they often go on sale --get on their mailing list. Can be found cheaper elsewhere most of the time anyway. Pllus get it faster from a company that actually has a phone number and instead of useless computer generated form letters, real customer service. Last watch I got from Massdrop was a defective Timex someone returned in a scotch taped box--got it in June, took weeks to get an RMA and still haven't got a refund. Beware--they may double bill you also.

Find me another watch that has a sapphire crystal for $160. I've been extremely pleased with all my Deep Blue/Air Blue products. Great quality for the price.
