Look at their comment page on Indiegogo to see how displeased people are with this product.
I have the original Air headphones and unfortunately they are terrible as well.
What a waste of money.

valorienThe Air by crazybaby (NANO) is a different product than the Air, please don't mix them up. The Air NANO was released 7 months ago and has been doing quite well. We're working on resolving their tickets as we speak.

I know these are the Nano - both the Original Air and the Nano have Indiegogo pages and a quick look at both shows just how bad your product and customer service are.
Again, I have the original Air headphones and they suck. I wish I could say it was a faulty unit but it seems this is the case with almost everyone who bought them. You'd have less tickets to resolve if your product was actually any good. Why would anyone give you guys money?
