Guys, I'm sorry to say, I purchased these through Crazybaby's Indiegogo campaign and they are not good. The right ear bud constantly drops out. They hold HALF the charge time as advertised. I have requested help from Crazybaby 4 times and have not received a reply at all.
Honestly, these units being sold are probably ones they've received as returns from their startup campaigns on Indiegogo and other sites
alecmcdAlecmcd,
I hear you - I have the same problem, I purchased those as an "early bird" on IGG and their performance are far less than advertised and/or expected. I have sent numerous requests for refund/return/exchange, but no reply whatsoever. BTW, I have the same experience with Massdrop, when requested a return/exchange for a headphone piece I bought through them, which came scratched - no response till today.... Looks like everytime we buy something on Massdrop, we are taking a risk of getting a second grade product, just because we paid less through crowd funding. That sucks!!!

alecmcdI agree. I was very very disappointed with this product. Honestly they sound great when they stay connected....but they dont stay connected for more than a song. If they could set up a software update or something that helped connectivity that would be stellar, but judging how long it took them to get these out itll be 10 years before that happens.
koster723They can't even write a simple email to a customer. I highly doubt they'll be able to find the time to write out a line of code.
You're right the audio was actually awesome. The connectivity is the main issue. Even with my phone sitting one foot in front of me on a desk, the right bud would still drop out from time to time.
alecmcdIt ruined the listening experience from an anxiety standpoint. I just sit there not listening but hoping it doesnt cut out during the song. But you are correct. I doubt they could write code if they cant even respond to peoples emails. I had to put in a paypal dispute before they even shipped mine. Ironically a week after I put the dispute in my buds shipped.
CrazybabyUSAOkay. Granted that was my opinion only created AFTER my horrible experience dealing with your company. The rest of my comments, however, are completely true. The battery life is crap, the connectivity is crap, the audio quality is decent/good when the damned headphones aren't dropping out, the build quality is decent. If I had been answered by your customer service department to get a new set of Airs then maybe my comments would be different. I wouldn't know because I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ANSWER IN OVER A MONTH.
Now, how dare you take the time to comment on my experience with your company in such a way to try an make yourself look better and make me look less reputable. How dare you take the time to do THIS instead of trying to answer even one of my many attempts at contacting your Customer Service department. I hope you guys learn a valuable lesson in the importance of customer service when screwing your customers comes back to bite you in the ass.
