It is unfortunate that most of the negative reviews are true as I have the same abhorrent experience with Crazybaby and their product.
1) buttons are NOT tap to operate - there is an actual tiny button you have to physically depress to operate on each respective ear piece individually one at a time to turn on and off and to operate functions (good luck trying to do that while wearing them on the move) 2) charging is a nightmare ... a lot of trial and error and manipulating earpieces in pod to get a positive connection before charging light "breathes" - having said that - do note once capsule is closed and if you carry them or move then about they are highly likely to lose contact and hence not be charged up at all 3) needs direct line of sight (no physical obstruction) between streaming device and earpieces or connection will drop 4) voice calls are not in stereo and barely audible on left ear piece only 5) support is literally non-existent ... No answer at all to all of my emails requesting for support - now their pitch is you'll get support if you reside in North America? Real smooth Crazybaby - guess that is what everyone who are not living in North America and who have been lied to needed to know about your utter failure to redress all the genuine issues faced.
I hope by this disclosure and a number of backers in this community who took time to reveal the truth here that it will convince some undecided buyers not to purchase this inferior product and change the minds of those who have intent on buying to put your hard earned money to better use elsewhere to save yourself the grievances.
