If i am learning to dj are there a better headset to wear? I wish they sold discount controllers by reloop on massdrop. Or denon.

SokoIf you are starting out these would be fine. But specifically for DJing, I would recommend the K181 DJ UEs since the bass boost and mono-stereo switches do help in live settings. The on-ear design also allows you to easily slip them on and off. I'm personally not a DJ but I've used the K181s for live sound before. K181s pop up around here for around 55 USD sometimes.
The K182s trade the extra features such as bass boost for an over-ear design which would be much more comfortable than the K181s during long listening sessions if that is what you like. I assume that the K182 also has the insane clamping force of the K181 because they share the same headband, so the over-ear cups would come in handy there.
