I got #717, and the first song I played was a 320 kbps copy of Alicia Keys Fallin' using a FiiO E09K/E17 Combo and I heard the left driver rattle, I figure it was a bad file so I tried a FLAC version and unfortunately the left driver is affected by the rattle :(. after running the audio test file found here (provided by another MD user): http://picosong.com/5qgZ/ It is clear on the rattle (sounds like a telegraph on steroids).
I'll await Massdrop to update us on what to do about RMA. I figure those of us affected will have to wait for the next batch to be available before we can get ours repaired (replaced) in the mean time I'll continue using them just skip over any bass heavy songs... Sucks that even my cheap Philips SHP9500 (https://www.massdrop.com/buy/philips-shp9500-headphones) and my favorite Audio-Technica ATH-M50x (https://www.massdrop.com/buy/audio-technica-ath-m50x-headphones) can handle the audio test with no issues.
@Massdrop if you start a list of those affected by the rattle add me to it and keep us in the loop!
