I've ordered several items from massdrop and have had zero issues, I've actually been extremely impressed with delivery and I'm in Canada. Your one bad experience doesnt make a company fraudulent lolol. Did you check to make sure your payment actually went through? Has the drop ended for the item you've purchased? I think you might be confused how the site works. Maybe rather than wasting time being poopy pants and writing nonsense you should do some constructive research and better employ your time. Your comments wont stop me or thousands of others from buying items at a great deal.

burgercolingI order 2 different products(separate orders) with 2 days shipping because I was leaving in 5. Now I have to order similar products on amazon and pay for over night shipping just to get it here in time. It's not ridiculous to at least expectthings to ship within one of the 3 different shipping times. That is borderline fraudulent. Especially when their facebook is advertising their speedy and timely delivery(within 2 business days). Second their customer support hasn't been able to get back to me and it's been 3 business days. They also have no phone support and provide no notification besides the fact that they charged me. What makes it fraudulent is they're advertising a product that isn't available as ready to ship and state that you cannot refund it after 2 hours. you cannot take someone's money for a product you claim is available but don't actual have and refuse to refund them.
