Dear Massdrop: I live in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, my home is 2.3 kilometres above the sea, and I think it is a miracle that a man live in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and buy a headphone from massdrop in Internet. Some of my friends don't believe I can make it happen, but I prove them wrong. But now I feel very very sad,because there is something wrong with my NEW AKG K7XX, some noise in the left sound unit when I play some music, I can sure it's not the problem about music files. I even borrow a Sennheiser HD headphone to make a test and it works good. I don't know what I can do now, I called AKG customer service of China and they said the AKG K7XX is not the product they sell in China, so they can do nothing about it. I still remember when I was a young man bought my first headphone AKG K420 in my life, the first time I put it on my head and I knew that's the right way to music world. I still remember when I brought AKG K7XX from Massdrop and checked the DHL tracking information everyday in the past half month. But now it's realy make me sad. It's the second time I write to you which is my only hope, I know my English is pool, but I think I make myself clear. I like my AKG K7XX, it's no doubt, but I want fix that problem. I wrote two letters to massdrop, but I didn't get any reply. Hoping to hear from you soon.
