My pair of these broke yesterday, owned them for about year and didn't even use them much. Which is indicative of the poor build quality, thankfully it's still in warranty, but I have to send it overseas to US for repair.
Massdrop still haven't replied to my message requesting help.
I would also question whether they're 'limited edition' when you've sold so bloody many.
You haven't received a reply from massdrop about your warranty because massdrop doesn't service it. The product page says the 2 year warranty is serviced by the manufacturer, AKG. I would start by contacting them, not massdrop.
