Scio_Me_ScireI have a Fiio E10 Olympus DAC/Amp combo. Would that would be sufficient to use as an output to these headphones?

RL2731Should be fine. The E10 (and most other amps) are several times more powerful than your typical cell phone and my Galaxy S5 will drive these to comfortable levels.
