We spoke to our vendor earlier today and they are scheduled to ship the bulk order to our warehouse before the end of next week, right on schedule. We will remain in contact with them and update the group as soon as we receive shipment confirmation.

Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Akonye Kena Perle Cotton Collections and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 12/23.

Hi Robin. For this Drop, it is indeed the Perle #08. Akonye Kena and House of Embroidery produce Perle in 5, 8, and 12 weight in a variety of formats.

I have these and they are beautiful and very fun to embroider with. I believe these are the same ones I got and they are #12 perle cotton, thinner than #8. About the size of 2 strands of embroidery floss. They sell the thicker ones in hanks. Gorgeous colors. I love them.
