I received my chair and built it yesterday. Wanted to give a little feedback since I did a pretty long session of CS:GO last night.
Installation: I'd recommend watching the various AKRacing Chair Assembly videos on YouTube. It made the process a lot easier as I was already familiar where what went where. Putting the chair together was easy thanks to those videos. I'd say strictly just following the included manual, you may get lots on some steps. As far as looks go, it is as white as the photos and has a unique design. The white is also its downfall though as I have a couple minor black scuffed areas that happened sometime during its production in the factory. I had no other issues with construction except for a small scratch near the middle of the wheel base that I noticed while opening.

The Chair: As far as the chair itself, the material it is wrapped in feels very nice and premium. The foam is much more firm that I had expected. This is good for those who want a lot of support, its great for the back but I wish the seat was a bit softer. I am currently not using the pillows because they don't strap on to this model well due to it not having the vent holes near the neck. The straps go on kinda funny and I don't want it to dig into the PU material or cause any black scuffs.
As far as overall comfort it's both hit and miss. You can tilt the back to whatever feels good and the seat can sit very low if needed. The armrests move up and down, forward and back, and can pivot out or in. The main issue of comfort again is related to the seat. In addition to the firmness, it's pretty tight which I wasn't expecting as a 160lb 5'9" guy. I'd categorize myself as slim but I have to keep my thighs together to sit comfortably. I definitely regret not going for the ProX when it dropped originally.
Depending on what you came from previously this could either be a side grade or an upgrade. I sit on a Leap at work (which I cannot afford for my home), I was hoping this chair would give similar comfort for cheaper but it's been hit or miss so far.
I'm hoping the foam will get softer with wear, but still concerned about the width of the seat. I'll update if anything major changes but hope this helps you with your future purchase (hint: get a ProX unless you're tiny).
EDIT: Forgot to mention there was some loose stitching on the lettering that I can to cut off (about an inch and a half in length).
TL:DR I like the looks and the back support but am not a fan of the width of the seat.

AKRacingAmericaJust wanted to let everyone know that AKRacing responded to my email to them right away and found a resolution that I am happy with. Based on this experience, their customer service is really good and I wouldn't hesistate to purchase from them again (hoping they increase the seat padding and extended width for wiggle room).
