Got mine today. Assembly was good and easy to follow and I notice my package was missing 1 cover on the right size.

Updated: the chair is well made and perfectly fit my body, 5”10 and 200lbs. When you sit on it, you can tell the difference vs normal chair, feel nice and hug your body. The box was good and padding is somewhat thin to my opinion, if they are thicker, it would help. In the end, most of the time it comes down to carrier also. Glad they go with FedEx, probably the best in states. Manual is general for all models, but you can get the idea for what you are supposed to do. No more tool is required! Kudo to AKRacing. Most of the parts are pre assembled, so all I need to do is connecting and make sure they are tight. One note, you should re tight all of the pre screwed ones, some of them are pretty loose. Overall I give it 9/10 minus 1 point for missing my cover. Hopefully I can get a reply what email address should I send to and fet my cover. Thank you Massdrop and AKRacing.

I received the AKRacing Octane todays and must say it's very well made and assembly took about 15 minutes. All the parts were well made and fit perfectly. I never received a notice from FedEX about the chair being shipped but i was standing outside when he drove up to drop it off. Well done AKRacing. thanks!

Well.. this chair is really well made for sure and I sprung for the leather black octane version. It's really gorgeous. But I took a shot as a bigger person hoping I wouldn't have any issues and... Yeah.. if you are a larger person maybe wait for a different version or another model where it's not bolstered. For me this is almost the perfect chair but the bolsters cause me to not fit and it's super painful after about 10 minutes :( I may try to retrofit the chair with a different seat sans bolsters but I'm not hopeful.

wombocomboUpdate: I was able to just add a cushion to the seat and it almost eliminates all the issues my larger body is having with the bolsters and now it's very comfy.

i received mine today. i was very excited to start putting it together but noticed it was damaged. i contacted support, so now i am waiting to hear back. i really like it tho, cant wait to get this sorted out so i can put it together

I got shipment email from FedEx already with Tuesday 4/03/2018 delivery. Massdrop has not sent email but FedEx sent since I'm registered FedEx account. Ship fast. Hope my chair will come in perfect condition.
