AKRacingAmericaMy experience sitting in the chair. Not this specific chair, but the nitro racing chairs was less comfortable than the wooden chair that came in my dorm room. The chair feels just like a cheap $50 Chinese chair that was marked up.

BodinedanWhile a lot of happy customers will disagree with you about the Nitro, you of course are welcome to hold whatever opinion you wish about it. This chair is not a Nitro. It is on a bigger frame and has four pounds more foam in the build than a Nitro, which itself has four and a half pounds, so the Onyx has nearly nine pounds of foam. It is supremely comfortable.

BodinedanThanks, that's a a nearly perfect comparison. Our chairs are not designed for "lazy boys", they are for people that sit for long periods of time and want to stay focused, supported and comfortable, not fall off into a stupor. Sort of like the difference between driving from LA to San Francisco in one of those big ol' cushy Coupe de Ville vs. a Porsche Carrera. I know which one seems more relaxing when you first sit down but I also know in which one you will finish the drive in the best mental and physical condition...and it's not the lazy boy.

AKRacingAmericaReading these comments, I wish I had the money to place an order. I work in tech (a lot of desk time) and also enjoy gaming outside of work (even more desk time). I'm a big guy, and tend to kill smaller/cheaper chairs rather quickly. The customizability of this chair (angles, including the 180 nap angle) is awesome. Will these be available for resale at a later date, or is this only available through drops?
