I finally received my chair, after a number of unfortunate issues with UPS, however I was really disappointed when I began assembling the chair.
After unwrapping the numerous pieces I immediately noticed how off-center the AKRACING logo was on the seat back, shown here https://ibb.co/fvgnfF, pictured again with a level for a better representation https://ibb.co/kKNFZa. Also on top of the seat back there were markings where the PU Leather had been damaged even though I had opened it from the plastic wrapping minutes before taking this photo https://ibb.co/iF8YLF.
Now I understand with machine manufacturing there tends to me the occasional malfunction, which may cause something of this nature, but I was under the impression that this chair was a premium product and I should expect the utmost quality from it.
SkyguyYou make an incorrect assumption. Actually, it is a premium product but it mostly hand crafted. The frames are welded by hand, the logo is machine embroidered, which is why it is straight, but the pieces of material for each chair are sewn by people on sewing machines. Then the frame is covered by the foam by hand and then both are inserted in the waiting upholstery again, by hand. And then some final stitching is done. So the fact that your logo is slightly tilted is not the fault of a machine but of humans. We apologize for not meeting your expectations.
Here are some actual images from the factory. Unfortunately MD does not allow video to be uploaded or I could show the embroidery machine.

AKRacingAmericaHello,
It is good to hear that these chairs are mostly hand-crafted however this does not address my concern, in fact this makes the situation worse. I gave the production the benefit of the doubt by implying a machine was at fault, however apparently this was the result of poor workmanship. This gives me the impression that either this particular worker did not bother trying to fix the issue, or quality assurance was neglectful and/or nonexistent. You say, some might even say preach, that this is a "premium product" yet something as trivial as an embroidered logo is noticeable crocked.
But thank you for addressing the concern I have, not seeking a remedy, but at least recognizing it. However what you failed to *give an excuse for* was the damaged leather on the top of the chair, however at this point I see you are of no help to me.
I will be contacting your customer support directly about this issue as well as your personal lack of concern.
Good day,
