Great chair, I built it fairly quickly. My only complaint is I did not receive the Assembly guide in the box, I had to google and download the pdf copy off the net. A few of the screws were also pre-screwed into the main frame that I had to remove which I found odd. Usually screws are located in plastic baggies. Other than that, it's a very comfortable chair and with the pillow attachments removed I find it very healthy for my posture. The pillows definitely add an unnecessary forward head tilt and improper spinal alignment, but the chair itself is adjustable, has the perfect firmness, the armrests are at an ideal height with adjustable forward/backward positioning & rotation. This is a very high quality chair. I'd advises people to not mount the pillows as I would say they are more of a detriment than anything else. For reference : I'm 5'9, I weigh ~154pounds, and am of average build. Not chubby, nor lean but right dead center. Hope this helps.
That said, if this was not on massdrop it's quite a steep purchase. But if this item gets dropped again I would HIGHLY recommend getting one if you're looking for a replacement chair.
CryopticsThanks for the positive feedback. We're glad you like the chair. We pre-install many of the screws to make it easier to assemble. We found that the fabric next to some of the screw holes would shift in transit and over time causing users difficulty getting screws in cleanly during assembly. This prevents that from happening.

CryopticsHonestly having the screws pre-mounted made it easier for me, and helped me ensure that the holes were properly prepared and didn't have too-many burrs or leftover material in the cavity.
