Had my V2-Tricolor since July. I've been super happy with it. Yes, it comes incredibly firm but some seat time will work it in just fine. I have 0 complaints with my chair for the last ~6 months. You have to play with some of the adjustments to get everything dialed in just right, but once dialed in, it's cherry.
I had used $100 office depot specials for several years and this was a very nice upgrade. It's a happy medium between the insanely expensive 500$ DXracer chairs and the junk $75-$100 ones.
I also bought a 40$ footrest directly from their website and I really like it..
