Received my chair yesterday. Chair seems robust and I'm fairly satisfied. I do have a couple of problems though. One of the plastic covers came in damaged and there is a bolt missing for one of the arm rests. Who do I talk contact to get these replaced.

Medo@AKRacingService should be able to give you some assistance @Medo! I've been using my chair for a bit now and I'm as much love as you could be with an inanimate object! These chairs are amazing for long gaming sessions... I was streaming last Saturday for 16 hours and it felt great the whole time!

DaelockUnfortunately my experience has been tainted negatively. I contacted massdrop support and I've pasted their response below. Option A just seem silly, and option B doesn't really resolve my issue. When making the purchase, I was not expecting to purchase a damaged/incomplete product. The chair seemed really well packaged and I doubt that the plastic cover was damaged in shipping. And the missing screw seems like an oversight, as there wasn't even a hole poked through the material for it. This whole experience makes me wonder if AKRacing knowingly made this drop to get rid of inventory that isn't a 100%, or if I just got unlucky.
" We only order the exact quantities needed for each drop, which means there is no extra inventory available to send as a replacement. Our business model is based on group purchases, so we do not have the ability to procure individual replacements from the vendor at this time. That being said, we do have a couple other options for you to choose from: A.) You can return your entire unit for a refund at no additional cost to you. B.) You can keep your order as-is and we can issue a partial refund for $66. Thanks again for writing in, I'm happy to be helping with this. I look forward to hearing back from you. "

MedoHey @Medo, I'm sorry to hear that! That stinks... I'd say try contacting AK Racing directly vs. going through Massdrop. I've seen @AKRacingService be super helpful on other drops. I'd just shoot them an email with your issue directly, what could it hurt? service@akracing.com
