anybody ever have one of the legs break? my son sat in it and the front leg bent and snapped, chair was brand new. he's only 180 lbs. it was set up properly. I'm wondering how the warranty process worked

cbigsI haven't personally contacted them but I've read blog posts about similar leg breaks happening in older models where the leg collapsed in on itself. They updated the leg design and Alite was really good in replacing the legs for those folks whose chair legs broke
