These come with ear plugs, but they tend to make the sound you hear from the headphones distorted. I tried it with a different pair of ear plugs I own (Vibes High Fidelity Ear Plugs), but there was no difference. Unfortunately, it's impossible to use these in a loud environment without ear plugs.
This is the second product I've purchased from this company, the first being their FRESHeBUDS Air earbuds. The earbuds died within the first two weeks of my owning them, and I assume these will die just as quickly. I'm frankly unimpressed with FRESHeTECH, and I won't be buying any of their products again.
