megical_bananaThanks for the great questions! I've used quite a bit of D2 over the years, especially during my time with LT Wright. He showed me how awesome D2 could be with the right heat treat... I think the edge-holding is great for hunting and utility blades, and I like the fact that it's very stain-resistant. The finish protects it even more, and makes it very easy to wipe down and clean.

EvshrugYes sir! I'm a former Pittsburgh resident. We're currently in WV, about a half-hour drive outside of the city. Whether it's Allegheny Co, Plateau, Mountains, or Street - it's a big part of this area and my background... Both sides of my family worked in the steel industry. Things have definitely changed over the years, but we honor the history. Our stamp is a smoke stack :)
