Just one suggestion, would it be possible to do the Pouch a little bit smaller?

The pouch is actually really well made, stitching seems solid and the zipper is hefty enough to keep it all closed. I'm giving it a pretty low score because the elastic on the outside is bad. I've been using it everyday for a few weeks now and the elastic is already becoming so loose that my smaller pens are falling out every time I pick it up. Over all if the side elastic had been more of an easier open pocket than I think it would end up being much better.

Fits pockets of different style pants. Keep change, other minipouches, pen. Not sure what the outside elastic strips could be used for. Too loose to really hold anything securely.

Too much thickness in material.....not comfortable....prints like Im concealed carrying

I carry bulky stuff in my pockets and had worn holes in them. Tried sewing the holes closed to no avail. For me this is an ideal solution, also makes emptying my pockets when going through security a lot easier.

I am with the minority. I love the idea, but most times it's too bulky and too heavy on one side if I wanted to bring a EDC knife and flashlight along for the ride. Sometimes I opt to not include it due to the weight, but why have it if you can't use it to it's fullest? So I give it a 4 star for that, docking one for not being to use it day to day.

Well made and I found it useful, but the elastic was too strong and kept folding the leather, and the leather was light. Also, the bottom corner kept folding over and was just wasted space, so I ended up making my own from a thicker leather with straps for the tools and a flatter bottom with a more rounded corner. Personal preference, and if the one I made doesn't pan out, the other will be back in my rotation.

I have purchased both the front pocket and back pocket edc wallets. I carry each in my front left pocket. I have each because some of my pockets are flat at the bottom and some are square cut. Both hold whatever minutia for which I do not have a location on my belt.

I got two of these and carry them daily to keep my work and personal cards and cords separate but organized. I've added a pleather vertical card organizer and a small RFID blocking money clip that fit nicely inside and some glow in the dark fobs to the zippers to make them easier to pull out of my pocket, but overall the outer pocket in the leather fits credit cards and access cards perfectly and the elastic bands can hold cards as well, though I tend to use those for holding my loyalty cards for the local coffee shop so they are close at hand when I'm paying for my drink. I tend to wear cargo pants or SCOTTeVEST pants and the plethora of pockets in those make it easy to find a place to put these, but they are also smaller than some wallets I've had in the past, and I'm a front pocket wallet person so these fit the bill perfectly other than in skinny jeans.

I love it. Carry it with me every day to hold my phone charging cable and earphones.

So I know there seems to be a devide on reviews about the allegory edc pouch but the way I see it this is a great idea made out of the same great quality materials I’ve come to expect from allegory. I don’t view this as a pouch to always keep in my pocket but it keeps my wallet, keys, a small charging cable and a couple other items/pocket tools that are now in one easy to grab and pocket pouch. Much of the time it lives in my bag, but when I dont want to carry a bag around, it’s great to grab this and know it has what I need. I’ll give this 5 stars because while I know there’s a question of materials, I rather love the leather look and The design and functionality works for me. Another great drop!

I like the idea and wear it occasionally, but it is too bulky.

Love it! I carry it with me everywhere no matter what. I use it as my main Allegory EDC pouch holding my; Fisher price bullet space pen, the smallest wall charger that supports all fast charging types via USB A, my USB cable for said charging, the ends for that cable for different phones, a small emergency right angle flashlight about the size of a AA battery but a tiny bit bigger, and my kershaw brawler. Can be bulky at times but I make it work, i have 4 Allegory products, the coin pouch, this, the back pocket, and belt unit all come in handy and allow me to change and customize what i want and need.

I loved the idea initially but I found it to be too bulky to wear with my office pants. I may give it another try though but I feel this may be more suited to weekend use or whilst traveling. I think they could have used a smaller less bulky zipper and not bothered with a card holder as it just creates unnecessary bulk.

I carry mine everyday. in the elastic loops I have a titanium toothpick, a small gerber ultralight pocketknife, a folding comb, and chapstick. In the small back pocket I carry my lucky silver dollar and any medicine for the day. In the main pocket, i carry my keys, an extra set of headphones, a bigidesign pen, a titanium pen, a small phone cord, and a spinner. It is a little thick but it has all my essentials. I love this thing. My dad was jealous when he saw mine. Unfortunately though my zipper is messed up. It won't zip all the way closed so I had to stitch the zipper together about a half inch from the edge and then I just zip it up to the stitches. Overall really good. really happy. I wish the inside pocket had some elastic keepers or some sort of divider. I always have to push he pens to the one side so I can fit the other stuff.

This is a really clever concept and I wish I could give it 5 starts but; as it is; this is a great prototype of, I hope, a much better product to come. A pouch the shape of the inside of a front pocket is ingenius, pity then that this great idea was not followed up by a bit more thought to the materials and the users' requirements. OK so you chose to use the elastic keepers on one side. I do like the way they are pockets in and of themselves but the main drawnback with elastic fabric keepers is once you put a large item in there for more than a few days that keeper will remain stretched and larger than it was. Now it's useless trying to put in smaller items. This can be avoided by using much stronger elastic or sewing in leather slots of various sizes to stow gear. Or, maybe some Velcro system, as much as I dislike it, it could solve the problem. Loops or keepers of some kind are needed on the inside too. Please NO mesh pockets - useless. I do like the fact that one side is smooth and flat. That way one can carry items that you don't want people to see the profile of through your pant material, like a knife etc. However, this confines the use to one side pocket. It should be designed to be used in either front pocket. The zip is good, however, the 'leather' material is a bit too flimsy. I know this is all about price and pocket profile but it needs to be upgraded a little. Let me stress again, I really like the concept and I hope Allegory invests in a version 2. I'd buy it. I have other Allegory leather products and I'm really happy with them. So 'Mr Allegory' get your brains trust together and make a good idea a great product. Regards, Bill Halliwell

I haven't found a use for this yet. The shape doesn't work with every shape of pocket, and it's fairly bulky. At some point I'll give it another chance.

I love this thing. I put my keys, flashlight, and knife in it. Now I can carry all three in a pocket without them sticking out or resting at the bottom in a jumble. I can keep change and business cards in the middle pocket and I don't jingle or get poked. If you are tired of clinking when you walk or you want your stuff to behave no matter what pair of pants you are wearing, this pocket is something to consider. This item definitely depends on your needs. I feel like this item is either perfect for you or worthless to you without much middle ground. I have giant hands so I like the size. I bought the right hand version and wear it in my left pocket to have the elastic on the outside.

Thank you for this pic!!

Stupidist thing I've purchased in a while. I'm not sure why I thought a pocket within a pocket would useful but it's not. It's like having to search through your pockets twice for something but more difficult. Plus the shape of the wallet makes it difficult to put anything in it

Good product I just wish I could get it with the elastic on the other side, for keeping in my left pocket

I like having a pocket for my pocket. It'd be nice if it was actual leather.

The elastic pockets on the side could be better. But otherwise I'm happy with my purchase.

As I live with this wallet, I see room for improvement. It would be helpful to have a flexible divider inside to help hold it shape and a liner...cards, money , etc. will take on tint fom the leather and maybe a pen loop in with the elastic front section. The concept is solid and I would definately buy an upgraded version.

WAY and I mean WAY to big and so-so construction. Another item I wish I could return.

While the concept is good the execution was poor. I found several issues with the product. First off the leather used is super cheap. It’s thin but not in a good way. It feels like bad fake leather or cardboard being stiff and kind of rough but not like suede. I get the idea for the texture was to prevent it from sliding around in a pocket but that is not needed with the shape. Additionally the sIze- I’m a big guy and wear jeans or work pants normally and it barely fits and then takes up so much room it’s hard to carry much in it with out becoming overly bulky. They put strong and wide elastic loops in the outside to hold small items like a clip knife or a lighter but it Is awkward to get to the items and you have to remove the wallet anyway. Inside is just a big pouch with Just flap of the same leather as a single card holder but mine isn’t big enough to hold more than a business card. As I said great concept poorly executed. If they had used a premium soft leather like used in gloves the feel would be greatly improved

This is the best pouch I've found so far for edc, it fits perfectly in my pocket. I have my knife clipped on my pocket to the left of it, then the Allegory pouch, then my flashlight (Emisar D4) to the right of it. I have a pen and chapstick in the left strap and my keybar in the right strap. Inside I have a phone stand and a pair of wireless headphones. On top of the Allegory pouch I have a minimalist wallet. I don't understand what people are complaining about, this edc pouch is not too big, it fits perfectly in my pocket with room to the sides for my knife and flashlight. I've been wearing this everyday since October 2017 in cargo shorts and jeans and I've never had any issues.

Too big to fit in any pockets I own. Though it is very well made I have not used it.

I like it. I'm torn on the zipper, as it adds bulk, and I don't REALLY use it, but I kind of like the idea of the security. May cut it off, not sure. It's nice to have some edc organization in my pocket though. And for everybody whining about it not fitting in their pockets? Stop wearing skinny hipster jeans, give your girlfriends their pants back and start shopping in the men's department.
