If you're concerned that this sleeve is too tight for your favorite pen, try this: Get the sleeve thoroughly wet, wrap the pen you want to use with the sleeve in plastic wrap, insert the pen to the exact position you want and let the leather completely dry with the pen inside. The leather will stretch to fit the pen like, well, a glove. This is done with leather knife sheaths and results in an exact, tailored fit.
