This drop might just be the last straw for me with Massdrop. The long waits alone are almost enough to make me pay the slightly higher prices on various web stores for most of the products available here. On my last drop I received a defective Lamy pen after a long wait and had to return it. I finally received my webnotebook cover, and it was someone else's - incorrect engraving, and an easy mistake to avoid considering they sent a German (?) - engraved cover to a US address. After a week I'd received only one "we'll look into it" email, but at least one marketing email per day. I returned the cover yesterday - at this point I'm not willing to wait another month or two for a solution - just give me my money back.

Deckard47@Deckard47 I'm very sorry for our mistake shipping you the incorrect cover. This one was completely on us as we dropship to all you guys from our shop. I can't speak for the long wait for other drops you've participated in, but for our drops we make each batch to order. So, once the drop closes we need a couple weeks to make and ship all the pieces. For handcrafted pieces like ours a little extra time on our part means a higher quality piece in your hands. :) It's hard to tell from screen names on the boards if your issue has been addressed or not because we work in actual names and emails with service issues. :) If it hasn't though, please be sure to send me a message at service@allegorygoods.com and I will take care of it with you right away.
