So what's up with this? Got in on drop, get email saying so then email says orders are oversold and will be cancelled. Paypal gets charged on jan 17. No order with alpha or massdrop. Alpha has been the only one to communicate with as massdrop has no one to answer a phone or return an email. Just want a refund for the headache

Poor business practice on Alpha Industries, proud of Massdrop for stepping up to take care of their customers however they can. Companies like AI won't be around for very long if they continue to treat people this way

WTF? During Alpha Industries winter clearance you could pick this up for $24. They oversold and a bunch of people had their orders cancelled. Now these show up here? Bad form Alpha Industries.

Hello folks, Despite multiple checks with our vendor (Alpha Industries) to ensure that inventory would be available for this drop, we have been informed that indeed these jackets had been oversold and are not available anymore. For those of you who joined the drop up to now: You have not been charged for this drop and any holds on your account will be removed in the next few business days. We are working on a replacement event with the vendor for a different style and that should be up on the site shortly. This is a GREAT Alpha jacket but if you expect to stay comfortable in 25 degree weather you WILL need that liner. I own four of their jackets all made in Tennessee and they are great. Waxed? Not a big fan but Alpha is a great company making great products. The price is super, too!!!
