the straps are small compared to my north face backpack; but other than that the build quality is absolutely solid.

It’s been a great bag for work. Comfortably holds my MacBook plus several note pads and the high quality materials give me confidence in bringing it out any day. Very happy with my purchase!

Very much enjoy this backpack. I use it for storing/transporting D&D books and dice and sheets to and fro. It certainly is small, but I like the size. It doesn't leave a ton of rattle room. The zipper pulls have a knot on them, but it's towards the end, and I had to re-tie mine once or twice. Would buy again, and went ahead and bought their duffel bag (also good). Ask me anything!

It's nice, nothing spectacular, the ONLY thing that is keeping it from 4 stars for me is that it's so small that I had to give it to my son because it was too small for me and I'm 5'8, not a big guy at all.

Excellent bag, love the feel and look. The rope/string tied onto the zippers came loose for me after 2 months, and personally it's just a tiny bit too small for me to bring to work everyday, but still extremely happy I bought it, and I'm sure I'll be using it for daytrips here and there.
