Hello Altra, if you are keeping a tab on comments here. Your design has created trouble for me. I wear 43. But in your 43 you have cut down extra room and it is causing pain to fingers of my feet. Simply put I can't use my shoes. I want one number higher.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Altra Instinct & Intuition 3.5 Running Shoes and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 1/13.

Individual shipments are being prepared now! Our warehouse team received the group's bulk order earlier and have already broken everything down into the individual packages. As soon as your package is scanned into the courier's system an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking info.

Bulk order shipped! The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 12/9.

I'm pretty disappointed in your customer service. You cancelled my order late when I was expecting to have my shoes delivered. I would have gladly requested another color but you guys cancelled my order before even asking. I replied to customer support 5 days ago and not a peep. I followed up yesterday and still nothing. Very sad.

Why do you say that Altra has provided an incorrect sizing chart? And that it's a well known fact that U.K Is only half a size off, not full size, of US men's? I ask because we work with Inov8, Hanwag, and Salewa - three outstanding European brands that also convert U.K. Sizing as one whole size different than US men's. So you're saying that they are also wrong?
