I'm afraid of ordering the wrong size. If I receive a belt that is too long or too short. Can the belt be exchanged if it doesn't fit? If so, I'm probably on board here! I've only a few hours left to get in on the drop, so if someone could please answer soon, I'd greatly appreciate it.

AmericanBenchCraftHi there, Just received the belt and its absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, I can only use the last hole and that's too short for the tab to stay tucked into the loop. I ordered a size 36, my pant size. Please let me know what can be done. If you can't exchange, I can gift this one if you will honor a replacement at the drop price with more reasonable shipping. Thank you, Ben

HammerNQuillHey Ben, we will take care of you. Just shoot us an email at info@americanbenchcraft.com and we will send you instructions on how to exchange for a larger size. Our belts are made with really thick leather so you want to go up a size when purchasing (for example, where you wear a size 36 pant, a size 38 belt should fit you perfectly)

HammerNQuillNice to see that the maker took care of you. Just for future reference, most good belts require you to size up–it’s not unique to this one. But the safest is to measure an existing belt, as you can’t be sure how much vanity sizing is built into your usual trouser size.
