For anyone interested, that doesn't want to pay the high price for just a bow tie; check out http://www.thetiebar.com/ they have a HUGE selection of many different styles, materials, and in most cases you can choose between a self tie, or a pre-tied bow tie. But I've saved the best part for last, almost every tie on their site is only $15! Aside from the few (maybe less than 5% of their inventory) "Designer" bow ties that will set you back usually between $20-$25.
I hope this helps any of you considering trying out this growing fashion trend who don't wish to pay such a high price for a piece of fabric!

SpencerJacksonI have owned many products from The Tie Bar and think they have a good product, especially for the price. For clarification, though, I will say two things:
1. TTB makes ties in large quantities in China; these are made one by one by a single artisan in the US. 2. TTB adds $5.99 for shipping, so ties are $21 if you're buying just one.
Like I said, I like TTB (and own a bowtie from them), I'm just trying to clarify that it's not an apples to apples comparison. If you like TTB's designs and construction, try them out; if you like these, try them instead. Heck, try both! Thanks for the comment.
