Partially Serrated Blade, Ergonomic Handle
Made from German 420HC stainless steel, this set of four steak knives is the perfect complement to any nice cut of meat. The 4.5-inch blade features a recurved edge that naturally pulls material into the blade, which prevents tearing to leave your slices tender. Between the 'belly' and point of this tanto-style knife, a small section of reverse-scalloped serrations lets you cut through through tendons and ligaments or separate meat from the bone in harder-to reach areas. The handles are ergonomically crafted from polypropylene for a grippy, comfy hold. These knives are dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended to preserve blade sharpness.
